Administración del Sistema. La administración del Sistema de Seguimiento al Desarrollo Integral de la Primera Infancia estará a cargo del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, en el marco de la Comisión Intersectorial para la Atención Integral de la Primera Infancia. Las funciones de administración a cargo del Ministerio de Educación Nacional se establecerán en el Manual Operativo del Sistema.
