Los recursos excedentes de la vigencia 2003 de la subcuenta de eventos catastróficos y accidentes de tránsito del Fondo de Solidaridad y Garantías, Fosyga, adicionados en la presente ley por valor de cincuenta mil millones de pesos ($50.000.000.000) se destinarán a financiar el Proyecto “Implantación de Proyectos para atención prioritaria en salud nacional”.
