º . Beneficiarios. La población objeto de intervención en el desarrollo de los programas contemplados en el literal b) del artículo 99 de la Ley 508 de 1999, corresponde a los niños pertenecientes a los niveles 1, 2 y 3 del Sisben, incluyendo los niños con discapacidad, pertenecientes a los mismos niveles.
