º . Los empleados del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad, DAS, de la planta global que tengan a su cargo la coordinación y supervisión de grupos internos de trabajo establecidos mediante resolución expedida por el Director del Departamento, percibirán mensualmente un veinte por ciento (20%) adicional al valor de la asignación básica del empleo del cual sean titulares, durante el tiempo que ejerzan tales funciones. Dicho valor no constituye factor salarial para ningún efecto. Este reconocimiento se efectuará siempre y cuando el empleado no pertenezca al Area de Dirección Superior.
