Inmediatamente después de recibir el informe a que se refiere el artículo457, el juez ordenará correr traslado a las partes para el estudio del expediente; en la misma providencia señalará día y hora para la celebración de la audiencia pública, fijación que no podrá ser para antes de cinco días ni para después de veinte.
