º. El funcionario público defensor o Jurado que dejare de concurrir a la audiencia pública en el día y la hora señalados, incurrirá en una multa de cien pesos. El Juez de conocimiento oficiara inmediatamente al Administrador de Hacienda Nacional respectivo haciéndole saber este hecho, para que proceda a hacer efectiva la multa y para que se abstenga de expedir al multado el certificado de paz y salvo hasta tanto no efectúe el pago de aquella.
