°. Quiénes pueden sufragar . Tienen derecho a sufragar los comerciantes, matriculados o afiliados según el caso, que a 31 de mayo de año en que se efectúe la elección hayan efectuado su renovación y en el caso de afiliados, además estén al día en sus obligaciones.
