º . Los procedimientos para el trámite de establecimiento de cajas de compensación y el reconocimiento de la respectiva personería jurídica serán fijados por la Superintendencia de Subsidio Familiar en resolución que señalará la obligatoriedad de dar aviso de la intención de establecer una caja de compensación y hacerlo de conocimiento público, proceder a su constitución en asamblea general y comprobar plenamente el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales.
