El Poder Ejecutivo establecerá, desde el 1.° de Setiembre, una Aduana en Mocoa, la que liquidará los derechos de importacion á las mercaderías que deban consumirse en los puntos á que se refiere el artículo 2.° de esta ley. El personal de la Aduana de Mocoa será igual al de la de Ipiáles, y tendrá las siguientes asignaciones anuales: El administrador tesorero$ 1,800El contador-interventor, Tenedor de libros1,320El jefe del Resguardo1,200Los Cabos á600El piloto, Remeros y Guardas á360
