Se reducirá en una tercera parte las penas que señale elArtículo precedente, si el culpado del delito allí previsto es un sindicado por la infracción que se investiga, o su próximo pariente, siempre que no haya expuesto a otra persona a que se siga contra ella un juicio o a que se le imponga una condenación.
