º Los diplomas de bachilleres en filosofía y letras de bachilleres en ciencias, expedidos de conformidad con las prescripciones de este Decreto, habilitan: el primero, para cursar en las Facultades de Filosofía y Letras, de Derecho y Ciencias Políticas, de Medicina y Ciencias Naturales y de Ingeniería y Matemáticas, el segundo, para ingresar en las escuelas o institutos de carácter técnico o industrial.
