Articulo 11. La Sociedad llevará un libro de registro dé acciones en el cual figurará cada uno de los accionistas con el número de acciones que tengan y en donde registrarán los traspasos que se verifiquen. En este mismo libro, o en otro que se denominará de "Gravamen de Acciones", se anotarán también los asientos relativos a las limitaciones del dominio de las mismas, constitución de prenda y los casos de embargo.
