Vigencia y derogatoria. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, deroga el Decreto número 595 de 2025 y surte efectos fiscales a partir del 1° de enero de 2026, salvo lo dispuesto en el artículo 4° del presente decreto.
