EXCEPCION A LAS INCOMPATIBILIDADES. Las incompatibilidades consagradas en los artículos precedentes no se aplicarán a los servidores públicos que en razón de su cargo y en virtud de norma legal o estatutaria deban formar parte de los órganos de dirección de las entidades señaladas en el presente decreto. Sin embargo, el funcionario deberá declararse impedido en aquellos asuntos en los que exista conflicto de intereses.
