Mientras se reúne el primer Congreso de que habla el artículo anterior la Asamblea Nacional Constituyente y Legislativa continuará ejerciendo las funciones legislativas que por la Constitución corresponden en sesiones extraordinarias al Congreso y separadamente al Senado y á la Cámara de Representantes, y las de Constituyente que señala el artículo 8.º del Acto reformatorio número 9 de 1905.

Parágrafo

El Poder Ejecutivo podrá convocar la Asamblea á sesiones extraordinarias cada vez que lo estime conveniente.
