El kilometraje de carreteras que debe construír la Nación en cada sección y el sostenimiento de la red nacional establecida por esta Ley, sustituye las subvenciones decretadas por las leyes anteriores. Quedan derogadas todas las disposiciones legales que reconocen subvenciones o auxilios a favor de carreteras, caminos y puentes.
