En lo que respecta al trámite de las importaciones a que se refiere este Decreto, y en lo que no sea incompatible con sus disposiciones o con las de la Ley 1ª de este año, seguirá aplicándose la reglamentación prevista en el Decreto número 3135 de 1956.
