El Consejo Nacional de Delegatarios Electorales se reunirá en Bogotá, en el Salón Elíptico del Capitolio Nacional, el diez (10) de abril del presente año a las cuatro de la tarde; será presidido por la Comisión de la Mesa de la actual Asamblea Nacional Constituyente y Legislativa, y sus deliberaciones se regirán por el Reglamento del Senado de la República.
