Todos los empleados de manejo que tenga la Caja, deberán, antes de tomar posesión del cargo, otorgar cauciones por el valor que determine la Junta Directiva, en pólizas de las compañías aseguradoras de manejo y cumplimiento que funcionen en el país y que estén autorizadas por la Superintendencia Bancaria. Sin este requisito no podrán ejercer el cargo.
