º Los exhibidores obligados a implantar la modalidad electrónica de boletería y control de asistencia estarán obligados a permitir a la Compañía de Fomento Cinematográfico -Focine- la realización de las obras civiles requeridas para la instalación del mismo, que serán sufragadas por dicha entidad, salvo la línea telefónica, que deberá ser suministrada por el exhibidor. En el evento de que resulte necesario reubicar el sitio de la portería o taquilla, o ambos, o el exhibidor decida hacerlo, éste asumirá el costo de las mismas.
