Liquidación de la cuota . La cuota de fomento se liquidará sobre el precio del producto que figure en la correspondiente factura de venta, precio que en ningún caso será inferior al señalado semestralmente por el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural.
La factura deberá reunir los requisitos establecidos en la ley. (Decreto número 1999 de 1991, artículo 5°, modificado por el Decreto número 3270 de 2005, artículo 2°)
