Concepto . El escalafonamiento es la inscripción del servidor público en la Carrera de la Procuraduría o de la Defensoría del Pueblo que le otorga la plenitud de los derechos inherentes a ella y procederá cuando se haya obtenido calificación satisfactoria de servicios. Compete a los Secretarios Generales de la Procuraduría o de la Defensoría del Pueblo, inscribir en el escalafón a los servidores que tengan derecho a ello y registrar las novedades que se produzcan durante su permanencia en carrera.
