Obligaciones del mandatario Las obligaciones del apoderado incluyen actuar con lealtad y buena fe, abstenerse de exceder las facultades conferidas, solicitar poder especial para la realización de actos que excedan el giro ordinario de la entidad, evitar participar en situaciones de conflicto de interés sin la debida autorización, rendir cuentas de su gestión y cumplir con la Constitución, las leyes colombianas y las disposiciones de las autoridades competentes.
