Nacionalizase la Escuela Industrial de Fusagasugá, construida por el Fondo de Fomento Municipal, y destínasele la suma de veinte mil pesos ($20.000) para dotarla de los elementos necesarios para su funcionamiento, cantidad que será apropiada en el Presupuesto de la vigencia próxima.
