Metodología, instructivos y formularios. El Ministerio de Cultura, como ente coordinador del Sistema Nacional de Cultura, elaborará la metodología, instructivos y formularios del Subsistema de Gestión y capacitará a las instancias, espacios de concertación y receptores del SNCU (Sistema Nacional de Cultura) en la puesta en marcha y desarrollo del mismo.
