En caso de comprobarse el estado de emergencia, las autoridades de salud de los distritos o municipios y las Dirección Departamentales de Salud, según el caso, podrá solicitar la suspensión del servicio público de acueducto, con el fin de tomar las medidas correctivas necesarias, para evitar riesgos en la salud de la población.
