Valoración de la cosecha. La valoración de las cosechas será realizada por las comunidades indígenas a través de sus estructuras de Gobierno propio, y serán estas quienes determinen su aprobación.

Los Pueblos Indígenas a través de sus estructuras de Gobierno propio y en el marco del derecho propio definirán los criterios y procedimiento de valoración. Tales actos de Gobierno propio deberán ser comunicados a las Entidades Territoriales Certificadas, una vez se expida la presente norma.
