Exclúyense de este beneficio los procesados o condenados por delitos de homicidio agravado, extorsión, secuestro, terrorismo y quienes en los diez (10) años anteriores a la expedición de la presente Ley hubieren sido condenados a pena de presidio o prisión por otro delito.
