Publicidad en las campañas de referendo. Los promotores de una iniciativa de referendo, los que promuevan el voto por el no, así como los partidos y movimientos políticos que intervengan en el debate, podrán hacer propaganda por todos los medios de comunicación, de acuerdo con la reglamentación que para el efecto expida el Consejo Nacional Electoral.
