El cargo de Secretario 5140-13, quedará suprimido de la Planta Global del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, una vez el funcionario reintegrado, sea incorporado en la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales, de conformidad con el artículo 25 del Decreto 113 3 de 1999; de lo anterior se informará al Departamento Administrativo de la Función Pública dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la fecha en que ello ocurra.
