Facúltase al Poder Ejecutivo para restablecer en el Distrito Capital, cuando lo crea conveniente, el extinguido Consejo municipal, de conformidad con las leyes vigentes.

Parágrafo

La sanción, promulgación y ejecución de los acuerdos del Consejo municipal corresponderá al Gobernador del Distrito Capital.
