El miembro de la Policía Cívica desvinculado o retirado voluntariamente de la institución, hará entrega de los elementos que se le hayan asignado dentro de los ocho (8) días siguientes a la notificación de la novedad, para ello se evaluará y se le reintegrará el valor correspondiente.
