Las estaciones para las cuales se concede licencia para explotación comercial podrán transmitir: conferencias sobre temas de religión, moral, ciencias y artes; noticias nacionales y universales de interés general; cotizaciones de bolsa; observaciones meteorológicas y agrícolas; conciertos; canto; recitaciones; comedias; propaganda comercial. Las estaciones con licencia para explotación experimental podrán hacer las mismas transmisiones, con excepción de la propaganda comercial.
