La terna para seleccionar al representante de todos los organismos cooperativos de segundo grado será escogida por los delegados de éstos que concurran a la asamblea nacional de que tratan los artículos anteriores. Para ello, los organismos cooperativos que no sean de línea económica, sino Ligas, Uniones o asociaciones de carácter nacional, enviarán un delegado ala asamblea y no votarán sino para la escogencia de ésta terna en la asamblea
