La Oficina mantendrá como disponibilidad de Tesorería o a su orden únicamente las sumas indispensables para cubrir los gastos normales de administración, el pago de las prestaciones inmediatas, y los servicios y obligaciones de más próximo cumplimiento. Las disponibilidades que excedan los límites máximos fijados por los Reglamentos de la Oficina, deberán ser invertidas de acuerdo con las instrucciones del Instituto y en forma que produzcan utilidad o renta para la Oficina.
