Destínase la suma de ciento veinte mil pesos ($120.000) para erigir, en la ciudad de Riohacha y en el mismo sitio donde reposan sus restos, un monumento que perpetúe la memoria del Almirante y General don José Prudencio Padilla. La suma a que este artículo se refiere se incluirá forzosamente en el Presupuesto Nacional de Gastos de la próxima vigencia fiscal.
