Art. 3.° Escediendo la poblacion del distrito de sesenta mil almas ‚sin pasar de cien mil, según el censo actual de la República, los empleados que van especificados gozarán de las asignaciones siguientes, sin perjuicio de las mayores que tenga a bien decretar la Cámara de provincia: cada ministro juez, de nueve mil seiscientos reales de sueldo anual; el fiscal, de ocho mil reales: de cuatro mil ochocientos reales el secretario ; de dos mil cuatrocientos reales el oficial i de mil doscientos reales el portero escribiente.
