º Los recursos de que trata el presente Decreto, serán consignados directamente en la Tesorería General de la Nación. La apropiación y giro presupuestal se hará con destino al Fondo de Reconstrucción, Resurgir, al Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio de Justicia o a otras entidades públicas siempre y cuando que sea para atender los gastos ocasionados o que se ocasionen por la actividad volcánica del Nevado del Ruiz y la prestación del servicio público de justicia.
