De la verificación del cumplimiento de los requisitos. La División de Vigilancia de Instituciones y Profesiones del Ministerio de Salud o la dependencia que haga sus veces, dentro de los dos (2) meses siguientes al recibo de la respectiva documentación, verificará el cumplimiento de los requisitos, ordenando mediante acto administrativo, susceptible de los recursos de ley, la inscripción en el registro especial o la cancelación de la personería jurídica y la disolución y liquidación de la entidad.
