° La Plana Mayor de la División constará: De un Jeneral Comandante en jefe; De un Jeneral o Coronel, Jefe de Estado Mayor; De un Ayudante de campo del Comandante en jefe, que hará de Secretario i podrá ser de la clase de Sarjento Mayor o Capitan ; De cuatro primeros adjuntos al Estado Mayor, de las clases de Teniente Coronel, Sarjento Mayor, Capitan, Teniente o Alférez. De dos segundos adjuntos, que podrán ser de la clase de Capitán, Teniente o Alférez i de un Sarjento primero corneta de órdenes.
