Decreto 3658 de 1981 · por el cual se reglamenta el Decreto extraordinario 80 de 1980, en lo relativo a la Formación Avanzada o de Postgrado.

Todo programa de Formación Avanzada o de Postgrado requerirá una sola autorización de la Junta. Directiva del ICFES para su funcionamiento y expedición de títulos. En este sentido, los programas de Formación Avanzada o de Postgrado, se exceptúan de lo establecido en el artículo 1º del Decreto 2745 de 1980.

Parágrafo

El ICFES podrá en caulquier momento, de oficio o a solicitud justificada de parte, practicar evaluaciones de la capacidad acreditada por las instituciones autorizadas, con el fin de vigilar y garantizar las condiciones mínimas que permitan su adecuado desarrollo.
