Art. 76. Cuando la renta se administre por arrendamiento, deberá crearse un resguardo si así lo solicita el respectivo asentista, siempre que éste suministre los sueldos de que deben disfrutar los empleados que lo compongan, de acuerdo con el señalamiento que haga el Gobernador del Departamento.
