Para contribuir al desarrollo socioeconómico de dichos Municipios destínanse las siguientes sumas:
a)
Tres millones de pesos ($ 3.000.000) para el Municipio de El Peñol, y
b)
Dos millones de pesos ($ 2.000.000) para el Municipio de San Luis.
