º. Ante la comisión de hechos graves contra la moral, las buenas costumbres o las normas legales vigentes, el Gobernador y el Alcalde Mayor de Bogotá, podrán decretar la inmediata suspensión provisional del maestro o profesor escalafonado mientras se levanta el informativo sobre los hechos para efectos de la sanción definitiva de su empleo.
