La calificación de ser-vicios no constituye premio ni sanción para el funcionario evaluado, paro servirá para determinar el otorgamiento de estímulos e incentivos, la participación en programas de especialización o perfeccionamiento dentro o fuera del país, la promoción en el servicio y la permanencia en el cargo.
