Artículo cuarto. Emisión de acciones a favor del Gobierno Nacional. Por los gastos recuperables que efectúe la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero de los recursos del Fondo de Fomento Agropecuario, se emitirán acciones de la misma a favor del Gobierno Nacional. Para el efecto, la Junta Directiva de la Caja, con la aprobación del Gobierno, decretará los aumentos de capital a que haya lugar.

Parágrafo

Lo dispuesto en este artículo se aplicará igualmente a los gastos recuperables hechos por la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero con cargo a los recursos del Fondo de Fomento Agropecuario, hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1968, inclusive.
