RESPONSABILIDADES DEL COMERCIALIZADOR Y USUARIOS DE PRODUCTOS QUÍMICOS. Los comercializadores y demás usuarios finales que manipulen productos químicos deberán exigir a los fabricantes e importadores el suministro de productos químicos clasificados y etiquetados de acuerdo con el Sistema Globalmente Armonizado de Clasificación y Etiquetado de Productos Químicos; los comercializadores serán responsables a su vez de suministrar la respectiva Ficha de Datos de Seguridad a sus clientes.
