Artículo undécimo. Los directores de publicaciones oficiales, sean periódicos, revistas o de cualquiera otra índole, tienen las mismas obligaciones de los demás editores, y deberán hacer los depósitos de obras en las oficinas a que se refiere el artículo anterior. A falta de directores tendrán esa obligación los jefes del respectivo Departamento o Sección que ordene la publicación.
