La Comisión Nacional de Valores organizará sistemas de información que permitan extender el mercado a ciudades donde no existan bolsas de valores, por cuenta propia o en colaboración con emisores o intermediarios. Las bolsas de valores estarán obligadas a difundir los resultados de las ruedas para extender la información del mercado a todo el país.
