º Las Entidades o Cajas de Previsión tendrán facultad para invertir sus recursos y reservas en los bonos o papeles que para el fomento del desarrollo industrial emitan las entidades públicas, en cumplimiento de los planes y presupuestos de inversión que se adopten por las respectivas Juntas Directivas. Toda inversión deberá hacerse en las condiciones de máxima rentabilidad, seguridad, y liquidez.
